A Poem for Nick & Minnie

They walk slow
but party hard

Talk, eat, drink, and talk some more
and laugh, a lot

Analyzing deconstructing
what lands on their plate
A lot of words, beautiful words
food for my thoughts

'They do this thing here,
it's supposed to be amazing!'

'Lets get some of that!'
If we can't eat it
the table will swallow it
(but only after
we've sprinkled it with salt)
